How God’s POV overruled my POV — PART 2.

If God knows about it, why pray about it?

This was what went through my mind for a while. I believe strongly that all that happens in a man’s life is not coincidental. It's how life has been predestined for everyone.

Well, I've learned that I might be wrong, we are the architects of our lives, the makers of our own doing.

Despite knowing that God is the creator of all seasons and He knows the end from its beginning, deciding not to pray about it places you in the position where God is supposed to be.

It gives you the boost and puffiness that you've all things would take care of themselves, which would later bring you down to the point of disappointment and regret.

Whereas, praying about anything in our lives does not make us stupid, but rather a strong assurance that in respect of God knowing all things, we willingly allow Him to take the reins of our life to lead us to where He deems fit.

It places Him first above all things in this world. This is the simplest way to show that surrender.

It's a new month, I woke up grateful but tongue-tied about how the last month could have been better.

How I should have not allowed myself to get swayed by the wind of life’s uncertainty — because who knows tomorrow, right?

But, at this moment, I'm grateful.

I'm thankful to He who made me for making me this way; it just shows how much God values my existence in this space He created for intimacy in the first place.

I'm also pulling off the load I've hung on my neck, about not being who I think I am.
Those are the lies that I've allowed to make me little. You know, I'm a big girl with a big God.

No more second-guessing, no more self-sabotaging.

I'm the Light of the world; no longer hidden.

Now, lessons from August.

This will be in the next post.

Thanks for stopping by,
I wish you a great time this month.

I pray it serves you and yields great returns for you and your loved ones.

Happy New Month.

BE BLESSED!
